“ I visited this location on St. Patricks day and it was very busy. The level of professionalism and hard work displayed by the staff was top notch. They went above and beyond to help the customers and handled many situations with the utmost kindness and respect to every customer. I witnessed Lillian welcome regulars with a smile and provide excellent service, I got the chance to briefly speak with her and she was so kind and compassionate. However, every team member was equally lovely even though I did not get their names. It was inspiring to see how the team communicated and supported each other as orders kept piling in. ”
“ My friend and I stopped by this Starbucks after a truly horrible dinner at Burgatory. The staff went out of their way to try and cheer us up. Super friendly. Sometimes its moments like this that can truly turn around someones evening. ”
“ This team handled at least 3 situations with grace during my visit today. There was an upset customer who placed an order at a different location and was mad which was not the baristas fault and they remained calm and handled the situation well while dealing with a karen of a customer. People were impatiently waiting for their orders, but Ive never seen a team of starbucks baristas work so hard and so well together. They had the right attitudes, and I was truly impressed by their demeanor and professionalism. I got to talk with Lilian, and she was a gem. Truly a ray of sunshine. Other members, although I didnt get their names, were also amazing. Customers were angry to be waiting for their orders, but its a busy Sunday and they shouldnt expect their 5 complicated coffees to be done in 1 minute. This team deserves praise. Would recommend for the attitudes and service provided. ”
“ Got there at a very busy time, and my coffee took much longer than estimated by the mobile app. I checked in with Tessa I think this was the supervisor on dutys name, and she quickly found my order and made the coffee herself. Her staff clearly has a wide range of experience and skill, and she did a great job communicating with them and redirecting them as necessary. Overall, a great experience in spite of the delayed order. My only criticism of this place is that there should be somewhere to sit on the pickup side of the restaurant. I am disabled, and standing for an extended amount of time while waiting for my order was challenging. And its hard not to be in the way because the space has no real structure to it, so no clear path of foot traffic tofrom the counter. ”
